Birdassador Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to the Birdassador Affiliate Program (the “Program”), operated by SingGo Tech Pte Ltd (the “Company”). These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the Program as an affiliate. By joining the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Enrolment in the Program
To become a Birdassador affiliate, you must submit a completed application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your application.

 

Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Birdassador affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Birdie products, such as the CO2 sensor, through approved marketing channels like websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Only use marketing materials provided or approved by the Company.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing online marketing and advertising in Singapore.
• Avoid making false or misleading claims regarding Birdie products.

SingGo Tech will provide “creatives” such as logos, videos, GIFs, and other promotional materials, which will be made available through the Birdassador Affiliate account to assist in your promotional efforts.

 

Commissions and Payments

• Affiliates are eligible to earn an 8% commission on net sales (including shipping and taxes) generated through their unique affiliate links.
• Commissions will be paid bimonthly, provided that the total earned commissions exceed the minimum payout threshold of $100.
• Payments are made via bank transfer. Any fees associated with payment processing are the responsibility of the affiliate.

 

Tracking and Attribution

• Sales are tracked using cookies that are valid for 180 days from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s unique link.
• The last-click attribution model will be applied if multiple affiliate links are used by the same customer.

 

Affiliate Link Restrictions

Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Using their affiliate links for personal purchases.
• Engaging in spam or unsolicited email marketing.
• Using paid search engine advertisements that include the “Birdie” brand or related terms.
• Offering unauthorised discounts or incentives to promote Birdie products.

 

Termination of Affiliate Account
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials related to the Program.

 

Program Changes
SingGo Tech Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Program or any part of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

 

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and materials provided to affiliates remain the property of SingGo Tech Pte Ltd. Affiliates may only use these materials to promote Birdie products as part of the Program.

 

Limitation of Liability
SingGo Tech Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement or the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
